Recycling station, CombiLine

Recycling stations are ready-made combinations with worktop and inlet included

Recycling stations are specially designed for use in offices. We have selected four pre-combined recycling stations that cover the entire recycling for both large and small offices. Countertop and inlets are included in the ready-made stations.
If you prefer to combine your own recycling station, we have a range of recycling units that are easily combined with each other.

Recycling station 1: (1020x1174x760 mm) with inlet in black powder coated steel, 350×350 mm in the worktop.

  • 3x high drawers with 100% extension with a maximum load of 35 kg.
  • 1x pair of doors with aximate hinges that can be opened 180 degrees.
  • Base with access ramp in stainless steel for easy emptying of bin containers.
  • The station is adapted for 190 liter bin containers/carts and 19 + 10 liter containers.

Recycling station 2: (1670x1174x760 mm) with 2x inlets in black powder coated steel, 350×350 mm in the worktop.

  • 3x high drawers with 100% extension with a maximum load of 35 kg.
  • 2x pair of doors with aximate hinges that can be opened 180 degrees.
  • Base with access ramp in stainless steel for easy emptying of bin containers.
  • The station is adapted for 190 liter bin containers/carts and 19 + 10 liter containers.

Recycling station 3: (970x1174x600 mm) with inlet in black powder coated steel, 250×250 mm in the worktop.

  • 3x high drawers with 100% extension with a maximum load of 35 kg.
  • 1x pair of doors with aximate hinges that can be opened 180 degrees.
  • Base with access ramp in stainless steel for easy emptying of bin containers.
  • The station is adapted for 140 liter bin containers/carts and 19 + 10 liter containers.

Recycling station 4: (970x1174x600 mm) with inlet in black powder coated steel, 250×250 mm in the worktop.

  • 1 x high drawers with 100% extension with a maximum load of 35 kg.
  • 1x compartment with door.
  • 1x pair of doors with aximate hinges that can be opened 180 degrees.
  • The station is adapted for 140 liter bin containers/carts and 10, 19 and 60 liter containers.

Extra UV coating included on all white laminated fronts

Our best-selling color choice white now includes an extra UV coating as standard on all fronts, such as doors and drawers. This unique UV coating provides a durable, ultra-resistant surface, perfect for use in offices and public spaces. 

Our standard range also includes beech, birch and oak or you have the opportunity to choose any NCS color.

Specification

The frame and fronts in MFC/laminate have the same color/wood throughout the product, unless otherwise stated. Products in white have UV-lacquered fronts (NCS S 0500-N). Products in any NCS color are fully lacquered.

Frame: 19 mm, 0.8 mm straight ABS edging
Fronts: 16 mm, 2 mm straight ABS edging
Back: 12 mm, MFC inside and outside
Plinth height: 157 mm
Plinth front: 75 mm

Plinth: Pulled in plinth at the front and rear with 4x adjustable feet that are integrated (does not apply to recycling units with loading ramps). Can be replaced with adjustable legs in stainless steel, adjustable or lockable wheels, height 104 mm.

Doors: Self-closing and concealed hinges with integrated door dampers (does not apply to products with aximat hinges with 180° opening). Single doors are right-hung as standard.

Drawers: Dampers in drawers depth 570 mm.

Handles: Stainless steel handles c/c 128 mm as standard. Alternatively grip handles 40 mm or knobs 19 mm in diameter.

We have ensured that this product is manufactured under good conditions, ie. with regard to social and ethical issues such as working conditions, human rights, labor, environment and corruption. We have sent these requirements to our suppliers and subcontractors, who have each certified that they are followed. The minimum requirement for all suppliers is the UN guidelines on the “Code of Conduct” and Möbelfaktas’ requirements for Social responsibility, which are formulated from the UN Global Compact.
