In order for us to handle your complaint, you need to fill in our online complaint form.

Once we have received the application, we will review the contents and decide whether or not to accept the complaint. If we need additional information, we will contact you.

If you have purchased your product(s) through one of our retailers, please contact your retailer for further processing.

Please note that goods may not be returned to TreCe AB without approval.

Re-claimed goods/returns must be clearly marked with the claim number obtained from TreCe AB.
